Allow me to begin by saying how much I will miss you all. Yes, there are some of you that I cannot stand, but there are also those of you that I have grown to love with everything in me. And some of you that I call my closest friends. Either way, I have a special place in my heart for each one of you.
At first, it’s full of excitement, thrill, and the same time nervous knowing that you’ve encounter another persona in your life again with difference attitude, characteristics and personalities. You’re not sure if you have a same vibe and a goal in life. And yes, I wasn’t wrong with that, the vibe of my classmate before that I have used to was different from the vibe of SMG class now. The fun, the bond etc. was opposite from what I’ve expect to this class and they made me wrong. They’re the person that unexpectedly came to me. The memories that I’ve experienced before is so different from the memories we’ve made shared in SMG Family.
As we approach graduation and head our separate ways, I cannot help but feel a sense of sadness. It seems like just yesterday that we were scared little freshmen, wandering these halls and now we are walking through the same halls wondering where the time has gone. We have spent almost a year together and that still doesn’t feel like enough.
Although there are going to be so many goodbyes, there are so many adventures to be remembered.
Let’s not forget the countless tests we have completed. Or the days that we danced; sing laughed our hearts out at our performance task. And most importantly, let’s not forget some of the best friendships that we have ever made.
As we go our separate ways let us make this the most memorable goodbye of our lives and although these priceless memories and friendships may fade, they will never be forgotten.
And finally, St. Maria Goretti (SMG) where you can find the real family. That’s St. Maria Goretti for me. How about your class?
